Introduction

Khatwa+ (habits, daily tasks, medication and doctor appointment reminders) respects your privacy. The app requires no login or account and collects no personally identifiable information (PII).

Data we store

• All your data (habits, check-ins, notes, tasks, medications and their doses, doctor appointments and follow-ups, settings) is stored locally on your device only, in the app's database.
• It is never sent to any server, and we have no access to it.
• Backup/restore uses a JSON file that you fully control.

Health information

If you use the Medications or Appointments modules, what you enter (medication name, dosage and dose times, doctor name and specialty, recurring follow-up visits) is health information. This information:

• stays on your device only — it is never sent to us or any third party;
• is never used for advertising and is never shared with AdMob or anyone else;
• can be deleted at any time inside the app, or the whole module can be turned off under Settings → Modules.

Medical disclaimer: the app is a reminder and organisation tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified doctor.

Ads (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display ads. The ad provider (Google) may collect device identifiers and usage data for advertising per Google's Privacy Policy. Before loading ads we show a consent message (UMP) in regions that require it, and you may opt for non‑personalized ads. An optional in‑app purchase to remove ads is available.

Permissions

• Notifications: to remind you about your habits at the times you choose.
• Exact alarms / background work: to deliver reminders on time.
• Advertising ID (AD_ID): used by AdMob to serve ads.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party. The only external interaction is the Google AdMob network as described above.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Since all data lives on your device, you can remove it anytime by deleting habits or uninstalling the app.
